I was just diagnosed with GD last night (bummer). I'm feeling really down and freaked out about it, and still have to meet with a nutritionist etc.,

I'm totally blanking on what to eat! I keep thinking to just go for the healthy option, but fruit is no good right? I know that every processes stuff differently so that what works for one may cause high blood sugar in another, but what the hay.

What did you eat today? Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks?
