I need some tips for my sanity 😬

3.5yo is ALWAYS touching the baby (1 month old so getting more into fussy stage). I get that he loves her and he’s a very physical person in all aspects of life but it’s making me crazy - mostly because he keeps doing whatever to her until she cries. I don’t like how much I’m yelling at him but the listening is nil and natural consequences (she’s crying loudly, I can’t do something for/with him because he made her upset, etc) aren’t helping.

I don’t want to punish him but not sure how to motivate him to leave her alone at least some of the time?? My first wasn’t so touchy so this is new to me. Thank you for any ideas! I think this week has been extra bad because it’s been rainy and he has pent up energy.
