I've NEVER been the work out type. I've had several failed attempts at diets, gym memberships, etc. I've always been "skinny fat" fo rmost of my life, outside of hs when i was active in school sports.

I did April Shred last year trying to kick start some PP weight loss adn then plateaued when the wt just came off wo working out.

We signed up for the gym almost three weeks ago, and I'm on a work out kick (that's longer than any other time in my life before.) And the longest I've gone without gymming is two days? (trying to go every other day)

I'm not sure if it's that my life is in such a routine that it was easy to fit it in, my motivation of wanting to workout through my next pregnancy, DH's support/competition (as he is going regularly too)

But I've NEVER enjoyed working out and these days, I look FORWARD TO IT!

Anyone been through the same revelation?
