I'm so ham handed. I just can't make good hairstyles for the girls. Between them wiggling and hating getting their hair brushed and my ineptitude at doing styles, my girls always look a little scraggly.

Any tips on getting better at styling their hair? C often asks for a French braid, but mine often fall out after a short time and aren't even. She has a very challenging and prominent hair swirl at the front of her forehead.

M. has a very challenging hair type too. When wet, it's zig zag curly, but dry it lays straight (but a frizzy straight). She doesn't fit AA hair advice and doesn't fit caucasian hair advice. The only way it looks really cute is with two high pigtails. Otherwise it looks messy.

Please help me get better at hair!
