I am at a 7am-10pm conference today running on 3 hours of sleep. I am drinking a lot of ice water and snacking consistently. I also try to get out of the room for fresh air whenever possible. Lipstick and light eyeshadow work too!

Try to get outside in the sunshine for a few minutes if you can. That and doing a little stretching usually help me.

Make sure to drink a lot of water along with the coffee. And treat yourself to a little candy or something.
Sorry. We've had a bunch of rough sleep patches lately and they suck.

Definitely get outside if you can. I find that keeping things slow & low-energy works for me as well.

Ideally try not to yell at your spouse and then cry for half an hour because you feel overwhelmed by the housework. No experience there at all.

I got maybe 3-4hrs of broken sleep last night so I'm going to take all this advice too...

I get up and walk around, but if I'm just about to keel over, I leave work early to go home and just relax for an hour or so before DS has to come home. Makes such a diff!!

definitely a walk helps. and lots of water. I'm right there with you, too. I'm just trying to talk to as few people as possible today so as not to lose it

If you are stuck at your desk, I love putting on some good music! Sometimes I put on my headphones so I can listen to it loud too!
