Our neighbor girl is turning 3 this month. We want to get her something, preferring to stay under $25.

This is the youngest child of two girls, her mom is due any day now with their 3rd - a boy. So, I don't want to get her anything that would put her parents out like an "experience" gift to a museum or anything. I want to get her something tangible.

What does she like? Watching TV, playing on her tablet and sometimes playing with her dolls and dress-up clothes.
