Ugh, the men in my life are hard to buy for too. I'm actually pretty happy with what I got this year though.

Husband - gaming mouse (he picked out), new hat in a brand he likes, snacks, fancy frisbee for disc golf and a boomerang to mess around with with our daughter

Dad - subscription to National Geographic and a grandparent Christmas ornament (in past years I've done puzzles. Last year I did a photo puzzle that was a huge hit).

For my brother in law, I do a joint gift with my sister. This year I got them a date night box/activity thing and snacks and drinks to go with it.

@Chuckles: I go with him disc golfing off and on, so I know what discs he likes. I got him one I know he already likes, but in an upgraded plastic. If your BIL is a regular player, he probably has certain discs he prefers, but you couldn't go wrong with a nice putter probably. Drivers are more tricky, and people have stronger preferences. This is the problem I have usually with my husband's hobbies too... I have no clue what type of gaming equipment he'd want/use.

My husband loves his brumate hopsulator trio coozie and we gift that a lot. Also Yeti rambler water bottles. I got DH a new cooler, a local bourbon, and a stovetop cast iron griddle because I accidentally left his at a vacation house this summer.

DD actually picked this neck/back massager out for DH last year but he loved it! And my dad tried it once while at our house and ordered one for himself on the spot.
