My daughter's first birthday is coming up VERY soon! I can't seem to think of anything we don't already have since she has an older brother. I'm making her a cake so maybe that will just be her gift?

Maybe something personalized? I got my LO a personalized happy birthday CD. My grandparents got it for me when I was young and I still have it (well, it's a tape). They also have cute personalized books.

If we have a daughter I plan to buy her a pandora bracelet and get a bead on her birthday each year and give it to her when she turns 18. Is there something like that you could do? Start a tradition you can build on for each bday.

We didn't get lo anything for her 1st (party was her gift). A keepsake piece of jewelry or something would be nice though
