I was never nauseous when I was pregnant with my daughter, but it's been rough this time around. I've only actually thrown up once, but i spend all day in the zone of debating whether or not making myself puke will make me feel better or not. i have to force myself to eat.

A midwife at the practice I go to offered a couple suggestions, one was 1000mg daily of ginger (she said capsule form is easiest but tea/candies are fine too). Did this work for anyone?
Any other tips? Eating all day doesn't work anymore, and I have celiac disease so I can't do saltines/most carbs. Gluten free substitutes are okay, but largely unappealing (like everything else).
