For those of you with both a boy and a girl, do you use the same brand of diapers? Currently we use pampers swaddlers for our DD but hear that Huggies may be better for boys. Wondering if this is really the case or not.
Thanks!!

We used pampers swaddlers and now pampers cruisers exclusively for DS. We tried huggies and it didn't work for us (rough texture, leaks, etc.)

I have a boy and I've used pampers, huggies, and target brand just fine. However, we ended up using Huggies the most.

I have a boy and mainly use Pampers Swaddlers. He did leak through them in the preemie size, but hasn't since newborn size. We've also used Huggies Little Snugglers and they were okay with him.

@mkp17: nah, my SIL used Pampers for both girl and boy. I thought Pampers was too wide for my daughter and use Huggies with her.

I have used Pampers sensitive when he was a baby and now use Cruisers. I've tried Huggies that we're given to us as a gift and hated them, leaks and always gave him a rash.

In my opinion huggies work better for babies with slightly beefier thighs... My LO was a string bean for a while and there were leaks out of the side of them. I strictly use pamper's products with my son.
