Not sure which spelling, but definitely use Elliot!
It's a great non-gendered name that could be good for a boy or a girl. It's a great honour.

I love Elliot for a girl. I wanted to use (after my grandparents) but my cousin got to it first. We ended up with an Ellison.

And Elodie is great too. I would go the more unique route personally because I love anything that's not the norm.
