I make s'mores brownies but it's not exactly a recipe. For a 13*9 pan I use two sleeves of crushed Graham crackers and two sticks of butter (I think... maybe start with one but I'm pretty sure it's two, you want all of it most. I mix that in the pan and press it down for the crust. Then two boxes of the Trader Joe's brownies (they make an 8*8 pan normally) I make them as directed and put it over the crust and bake. It takes a little longer than directed. Then I cut marshmallows in half and line them up so it will be one per square and broil until golden brown. They are amazing and despite my long winded directions they are pretty quick. Plus you can have a lo help crush the crackers while you mix up the brownies.
