Haven't been to Vegas in 5 years -- what are the great new dining spots that I shouldn't miss? Looking for dinner spots for 3 nights! Give me your best Vegas foodie recommendations!

Do you want a buffet? Are you able to go off strip? I went to a fantastic buffet off strip when I was there last time. M Resort. They have so much seafood, it's so great. And not super crowded.

Bouchon at the Venetian (my favorite for breakfast/brunch, I'm not that into buffets)
Prime Steakhouse at the Bellagio
I haven't been but I want to go to Daniel Boulud's place at the Venetian DB Brasserie.

We did Bouchon for dinner and it was fantastic. And it wasn't nearly as pricey as we expected.

Buffet wise, DH said the Cosmopolitan looked a lot better than the Bellagio. Bellagio was super disappointing (but DH felt like we needed to do a buffet before we left, so we did it)

@winniebee: As I get older I just hate crowds and lines... I mean, the most selection is at dinner, but might be crowded. I'd say just see if you have more choice dinner places that you want to make reservation at first, and maybe just do buffet for breakfast or lunch?

Cannot say enough about the Wynn. The service is impeccable. We loved it. Plus you can gamble out by the pool which made me feel like I was in a movie.

We like breakfast and lunch at Paris and lunch in Olives at Bellagio. Yum! I want to go back!

Agree with Bouchon. My fave! We also enjoyed Tao. For a snack you have to get espresso and gelato from illy in the Venetian!

Nobu in Caesar's if you like sushi. Wynn for breakfast buffet - it was amazing!

The buffet at the Cosmopolitan is amazing, we eat breakfast at Bouchon at least once a trip, and on our last visit we went to Mon Ami Gabi for breakfast and loved it so much we went back the next day. China Poblano is great if you want Chinese or Mexican food. Secret Pizza in the Cosmo for late-night pizza. Yardbird has amazing fried chicken. Portofino and Scarpetta have great Italian. Craftsteak is my favourite steak place.
If I was planning a trip (and oh man do I ever wish I was!) I'd do Craftsteak, Yardbird, and probably Picasso because it's supposed to be outstanding.
