The post last week about butternut squash lasagna has me craving lasagna. I'm GF and haven't had a proper lasagna in ages. I don't think I ever actually see GF lasagna noodles so I wanted to see if any of my other GF bees have had any experience with any brands? Also, can you do the no boil method with them? Lastly, has anyone had any success with freezing a pan of lasagna with GF noodles and not had them get all mushy? My biggest complaint about GF substitutes is that they don't reheat well. I know you can use zucchini or other thinly sliced veggies but I'm craving the real thing! Thanks!
