I told our ped that we were doing goat's milk for awhile and she said that was great, but asked if it was fortified with vitamin B. I said it was, because i remember it saying fortified on the bottle. I checked....fortified with vitamin D, not B. I thought D was the big one, though! Crap! But even the cow's milk we have at home doesn't list a % of vitamin B. So now I can't tell what the deal is.

What gives? I don't want to accidentally give E something that will make her lack in certain nutritional elements....

I did see this:
"Goat milk is lower, however, in folic acid and B12. Despite criticism of these shortcomings, the lower values are actually much closer to those found in human milk for infants, than is cow's milk."

Do you supplement with vitamin B?
