We are still up in the air.
What made you go for a third?
Did you always plan on one, or was it planned later? Or not planned?
What do you wish you could tell your parent-of-2 self?

The positive pregnancy test was the deciding factor.
We wanted a big family so I was thrilled to be facing a third but not excited by the timing.

We've always wanted three but didn't think we would have three. Now we are on our fourth. I would love to tell myself that god answers prayers in his own time. We didn't think we would have any. Within five years, he's given us 3.5 kids.
Edit: our love for our third who really was #2 because the first two were twins, made us want a fourth. I think with the first two, it was so hard we couldn't really enjoy it, but we really enjoyed our third kid so much we could see ourselves with another.

We are in the same place. We feel the same as @tequiero21 but with 2..our experience with two has been so great that we feel like there should be one more. Being honest I think if money were no object now we would have four. But it's still up in the air. I never thought we'd say that either..it will be a stretch financially to have a 3rd though, if we decide to and are able.
