I think you pee on them in the afternoon after holding your pee for a few hours. Digitals are the easiest. A box of 20 can last for months after you get to know your cycle. Wondfos are good I suppose if you need to pee on them several times a month.

The thing with non-digital OPKs is that they can be hard to interpret at first, but once you get your first true positive you can easily tell when it isn't from then on.

The Wondfos have always come with instructions and were pretty straight forward with when to test, etc. I think they are pretty easy to use.
