I saw this yesterday too. This is great.
A niece and nephew of mine are a different race than me and we take them out often. I've never gotten questioned, but I do get the stare sometimes. So my favorite is when he is just staring at her chest. Funny how accurate it is.

@FliegepilzHut: I agree. I think it is inappropriate unless you are in an actual discussion about adoption with someone that is not a stranger. A better lead into is "Did you choose domestic or international adoption." If the answer is international, then I think you can ask "What country?"
