I'm hosting a wedding shower for my future SIL. We're doing a green palate for her shower (no real theme though) a la Martha Stewart style.
Any suggestions on a green themed shower favor? $5 or less.
EDIT: The color green, not eco-friendly (but if it's green AND eco-friendly, that's cool too!)

Hhmmmhh at first I thought you meant green like loving the earth rather than the color so I was thinking of those little plantable seed papers. But I think that would work with the color too : )

When is the bridal shower? Maybe a cookie with green frosting? I find food items to be great shower favors.

Green as in the color or green as in earth friendly?
If the color, m&m's in a cute container with a witty tag can be fun.

I’m working on a baby shower for my friend and making manicure/pedicure favors. Everything will go in a small mason jar and include nail polish (she’s having a girl so they’ll be different shades of pink), travel sized polish remover (pink tinted), small nail file, those squishy between the toe thingies and some cotton balls. Then I’m dressing up the tops with a color coordinating fabric and adding a cute tag. You could totally do something similar with your green theme. All together, they’re about $5/$6 each but could be cheaper depending on the nail polish you get.

I totally thought eco-friendly too! So for that reason I was thinking planters with seeds, or bonzai style trees.

we did jam at my shower--in little 4 oz jars. kiwi jam, jalapeno pepper jelly....mint jelly, ginger/green tea jam.
or any kind of little green boxes filled with green candies. the apple flavored licorice pieces, jelly beans, mike and ikes, etc. green macaroons....little bars of green soap from etsy.
mini loaves of some kind of bread....with a green glaze?

For my wedding shower they just did little mesh baggies with Green M&Ms.
They also bought us a set of green water glasses that were used at the party. I love them!

For our wedding favors we did little green glass pots with plants/flowers in them. They were green (color) and green (eco), and people could plant them in their garden when they got home.
They doubled as our place cards, so I edited the picture for privacy

Small lotion bottles or hand sanitizers that you can pick up from a TJMaxx. Different scents, different green shades. Tie a label on it for placeholder or thankyou.

Pear flavored Jelly Belly jelly beans and green/ mint colored Macarons come to mind. (Can you tell I have a terrible sweet tooth!)
