WIN: I just realized today that after months struggling with pushups in class, I can now consistently do "real" pushups - even at the end of my workout! I used to have to go down to my knees when I got tired, but I haven't had to do that lately. I asked my trainer what was up, and he said that I had probably increased my core strength... I felt so happy to be making some small progress at the gym! Sometimes it feels like any progress is all in my imagination.

FAIL: I've been doing Couch to 5k lately, but my ankles started hurting a lot so I had to stop. I asked on HB, and the consensus was that I need to get better shoes. Going to look into getting custom orthotics and then I'll try again.
