When did you start to lose your hair? Does it happen when you stop breastfeeding? I am so not lookin forward to it!

It started at around 4-5 months for me. Clumps of hair. UGH. Now, I'm 9.5 months PP and my hair loss is pretty much back to normal as it was pre-pregnancy.

I started losing hair right away. Just a normal amount--same as before I got pregnant.

I am losing a ton of hair right now (12 weeks pp) but I think it's partly due to wearing my hair in a ponytail all of the time and stress.

I lost a ton of hair between 3 and 5 months pp. It went back to normal after that. I've never heard that breastfeeding affects it either way - I've been BF-ing the whole time.

I started losing my hair at 3 months postpartum. It fell out in handfuls until 6 months PP. I'm 8.5 months PP now and things are back to normal. All of the hair that fell out is growing back in and my hair looks awful but it's falling out at a normal rate now.

3-6 months PP, I was the queen of clogging the drain. Now I am totally back to normal hair loss,

For me I'm starting to lose hair again now during my second trimester. I was kind of bummed about it but now I'm thinking this might be a good thing and maybe I won't lose huge clumps after delivery!

I didnt lose any hair at all. I also didnt gain any more hair during my pregnancy. Totally weird, but ALL my hair basically stopped growing. I only had to shave my legs and underarms maybe once a month (and even then it was only a little stubble) and only groomed my bikini area a handful of times. Even the hair on my head stopped growing. Weird

I'm 4.5 months post partum and my hair has been falling out in clumps for the past 2 weeks. It's been really bad. I hope it stops soon.

I think 3-4 months PP. I didn't lose a single hair the entire time I was preggo.

oh god. i have been losing hair my entire pregnancy (handfuls in the shower) so I really hope I don't lose more!!

I started losing hair 6 weeks pp. I'd get up in the morning and my pillow would be completely covered in hair. It stopped around 10 weeks pp. I BF'd long after that also.

I was curious about this too. I haven't started losing hair - YET - and am 2 1/2 months PP. Fingers crossed I don't lose much if/when the time comes!

It started 4 months pp for me, my son started growing it and I started losing it. I'm shedding all over everything! Not clumps, but a lot of hair is falling out.
For about the first 2 months pp I hardly had to shave at all, it was pretty nice!

3.5 months for me. I get frightened when I look at my drain hair trap in my shower!

I started on a medicine which also causes hair loss, so I think it was extra bad because of that for me. And now I started losing it again (LO is 10 months) because of my surgery. Hoping it stops soon.... I started taking some pills for it.
