Do you like hard boiled eggs? I can't eat them plain...I need a little salt, soy sauce or lemon pepper!

Love! I like them plain but of course will always love them even more with some salt and pepper. Even a bit of butter in the yolk part!

I like 'em! But i like salt and pepper on mine. And the farm eggs are the best. I also like to top them with sliced avocados or chicken sausage.

Love them! With a little salt is great, but my mom cooks this Taiwanese dish that has pork and hard boiled eggs simmered in soy sauce for a long time and that adds the perfect flavor to the eggs. Mmmm.

Never had soy sauce on them, sounds really good actually. I could eat a billion hard boiled eggs. But sadly we only seem to have the, around Easter.

Hard boiled eggs used to be too dry for me (I like my yolks runny), but I love my aunt's recipe! After cutting the egg into a few rough pieces, she drizzles extra virgin olive oil and soy sauce over it, and adds white pepper on top. Delicious.

Love them! I usually mash them up with some light mayo, salt and pepper for a quick egg salad.

I don't mind it just plain white but made tea egg style (w/tea bag and Chinese herbs) I can eat a lot more. So much that it's addicting! And so horrible for my health.

@mrs. wagon: How do you eat your deviled eggs? DH has them with miracle whip mixed with the yolk and capers.

@anonysquire: I usually mix the yolks with mayo, a bit of mustard, a splash of vinegar and a dash of salt and pepper. Then I garnish with either a pinch of paprika or a sprig of parsley. mmmm.

I've only eaten hard-boiled eggs plain or with soy sauce, and I LOVE them with soy sauce!! I should try out salt and pepper since it seems so popular.
