I've already cut out all soda, all processed sugar and all (wheat) bread. So depressing. Anyway it's paid off, and I've lost about a few pounds over the past month. Very slow going, but consistent with a lifestyle change.

That said, my weight loss has stalled and I know I'm eating things that I probably shouldn't. It pains me to even say this, but I am considering cutting out dairy. I already use hemp and soy milk in my coffee, so mostly I'm saying that I wouldn't eat cheese.

NOOOOOOoooo.............. sadness. I love cheese...

Has anyone cut out dairy/cheese? How did it go?
