I am using it! We've been on a hiatus during our move, but we'll be cranking it back up now that we're more settled again. It definitely works, especially if you are eating healthy as well.

My friend just started this and I did it with her the other day. I did it with her the other day...not too bad! I was covered in sweat after 10 minutes!

I did it off and on but only on mute. Great workout but Jillian can get a little annoying so I play my own music!

I'm so glad to hear so many of you have done it and liked it!!! I'm nervous because I am in such bad shape, but I've seen people on Pinterest with amazing results, so I'm excited. I'm going to really try to get back on track with Weight Watchers, too.

I did it prior to my pregnancy and I really liked it. It was fast and I definitely felt and saw results. I haven't done it since I had DS though. I need to get back to it!
@pastemoo: I would think you could do it once you got the all clear from your doctor. I was given the okay at my 6 week pp appointment. However, I had a csection and definitely wasn't feeling up to it at 6 weeks post partum.

@pastemoo: I had a c-sec as well, and I was given the all-clear at my 6 week appt. I ran a few miles that day and it felt AMAZING to work out again

@LivsMama: Sweet. I really need the exercise--I am so emotional right now and usually exercise is how I cope. 5 weeks to go!

I've done it. I never got to level 3 yet though. i am pretty out of shape, and I am dripping with sweat each time i do it. And I'm pretty sore for a few days after. I really would love to do it the reccommended amount this time around though!

I have! It's awesome and I got so toned - I did it before my wedding. Plan to start it again once I am cleared to work out post-partum.

I'm a fatty and I (tried) to do it after the wedding... I almost threw up the first time. HAHAHAHAHA. But it totally works up a sweat and you feel really great after a short workout!

I love 30 day shred! I'm alternating between that, Ripped in 30, Insanity, and running. On days I'm up for a harder workout, I do Insanity.. but on those days when I'm feeling lazy or sluggish, I pop in the 30 day shred since it's a quick 20ish minutes to complete (so there's no excuse not to do it!).
I attribute me being on Level 3 to Insanity kicking my butt.. but I love it all!

So I chickened out and didn't do it tonight - I really wasn't feeling well. But I'm so happy that so many of you have done it! Makes me feel like I can do it, though I might almost throw up like @HabesBabe!
