Last year I was told that someone I knew had been calling me one but no one has ever said it to my face. I'm sure I've acted biatchy or have said biatchy things...But I've never been called one to my face.

I did my student teaching with seniors in high school...bitch was one of the nicer things I was called at times.
Outside of that I can think of one girl who has called me that. Unfortunately for her I really don't care and laughed.

Yes, i once bumped into an older lady on the street (actually SHE bumped into ME) and then she kept on asking where i'm from (presumably because i'm asian and she wanted to know what COUNTRY i'm from) and then she said i was a bitch.

My MIL called me one while playing monopoly. Yeah, she said she was joking but I will always remember being completely shocked for hearing her say that. I'm still not used to her sense of humor.
