I think I'm leaning towards the City Mini Double!

We got our city mini double back in July - I haven't used it that much I bought a double BOB 6 weeks ago though and I love it!

@HLK208: I'm planning on getting a double BOB eventually- so glad to hear that you love it!! You haven't found it to be too wide or anything?

@Running Elley: the first time I took it in a store, it felt giant! It gets through door ways just fine though. I do have to think ahead when I have it. I probably wouldn't take it in a place that I know is going to be crowded, as in stores that are packed with bad layouts (think Forever 21). Overall it's a great stroller - we get so much use out of it, running and walking daily and it's so smooth!

I'm thinking citymini double, gt double, or select. We don't have a big budget, but I also dont want to regret what I buy! Ahhhh!
Gonna stalk this thread!

I used the city mini double when nannying & loved it!

I bought a britax b-ready last summer and got the second seat free! LO #2 won't be here til September so I haven't used it as a double yet, but it is currently my walking stroller and I love it.

I absolutely love my double BOB, however it is NOT for shopping or just pushing around. It is huge and really hard to navigate in doors and in stores. We did own a Britax B-ready but United Airlines broke it, so it isn't usable.
If I were to buy another one I would buy a double "City Select" I like the idea that DD could crawl out of the bottom seat easy. And I love the front and back strollers instead of side by side, for shopping purposes. However, I doubt we will buy a new stroller unless baby 3 decides to come into existence hahaha.

When we get to #2, I think we'll get a Mountain Buggy double because its the same width as the single, and a Combi twin for our car stroller.

@Weagle: I like how the Mountain Buggy has a full recline...but it is so expensive!

@autumnlove: It is super expensive! But we've found with our current strollers that for where we stroll, it's worth the price to have the more rugged stroller. Our Bob is worth it's weight in gold! We like our B-Agile too, but it's become our car stroller because it can't handle the terrain. I would probably go for only the double Bob if it weren't so stinking wide!

We bought the Britax B-ready with the intent that it would become our double when we had a second. Love my Britax!

@prettylizy: Will PB#1 have to sit in the bottom seat? Or can you mix it up between PB#1 and #2?

We are planning on getting one ASAP, but my middle daughter is 4 so we are going with one of the Sit'N Stand models. That way she can hop in and out as needed. Lately she has been saying she is too tire to walk and climbs in the basket under the stroller- she has actually fallen asleep under there, lol. I think it is time to bite the bullet.

When I get pregnant with #2, I am going to go for the Hauck free rider. It's small & compact, has click-in for infant car seat and two seats for toddlers when you aren't using the infant seat. Oh and it's $340.00!
Oops, I accidentally inserted a picture of the 2012 model & 2013. All 2013 models will have black tires.

We have a double bob revolution. We use that one for running and walking around the neighborhood, and long walks elsewhere where we encounter boardwalks or gravel. The suspension on it is incredible. We plan on bringing it when we go camping and such too to alternate with the ergos. It just barely fits through our front door, and is 30+ lbs empty. Love it, but not a stroller I would take indoors anywhere. It was expensive at about $500, but the resale on them is crazy good at least around here, so I'm guessing I can recoup about half of that whenever I'm done with it.
We also have a combi twin. This one is our go to shopping stroller and lives in the car. It folds forward in half and then the sides pull in, and stands up on it's own. This is so nice that it can be stored vertically, esp for car trips where we're packed full. It fits through standard single doors
through any door. It's under $200 and definitely worth it since we use it every single day.

We also got the B-Ready because it can be a double. Their site shows the seats can switch up.

Until reading this thread I thought for sure I wanted a double bob, but now reading this thread I am not so sure!
Side by side vs. front/back, hmm. I don't want to buy a third stroller, but I guess I could sell my single bob, but still, two double seems insane. Going to stalk this thread, and I guess think a little on what I would use it for most. We walk the dog at least twice a day every day right now (just one LO) and I usually babywear her out and about rather than stroller, but with two LOs, I'm not sure what I'd do in certain outings, hmm.

@autumnlove: you can flip them around. I figure we'll putt PB2 on the bottom so PB1 can see whats going on since she'll care and #2 won't. Then they can duke it out when they're old enough! lol!
GOLD / pineapple / 12662 posts
@prettylizy: Same! Even though it is pretty doubtful that we will have a second, I wanted to be covered just in case! (If we do have a second, the LOs will have to be pretty close in age.)

@prettylizy: I can't imagine sweet PB#1 fighting with anyone!

@autumnlove: ha! She's going to be a scrapper! lol! Her current favourite toy is the wooden knife that comes with the Melissa and Doug cutting food set..... she crawls around carrying that knife and waves it at you when you talk to her!

@prettylizy: LOL! I hope this comes out as funny in text as it is in my head . . . but PrettyBaby is not afraid to cut a biotch!

@MsLipGloss: bwahahahahahahahahahaha *takes breath* hahahahaha
Dh and I say that to her when she has her knife All.The.Time
