Does it really just require 30 minutes a day? Or is there cardio on top of it? Anyone else have any info on it that they would like to share?

P90x workouts are one hour to one and a half hours. The new p90x3 workouts that just came out are 30 minutes. DHand I have done p90x and are currently doing p90x3. P90x can be brutal because the workouts are so long. So far, one week in we LOVE p90x3. 30 minutes is so much easier but we still get our butt's kicked!! I highly recommend p90x3 especially if you have kids and/or are short on time.

@Boopers: Thank you! I know that I/we could never commit to 90 minutes a day. Is the program designed for workouts to be 7 days a week?

Interested as well! Did P90X a couple years ago and loved it! I want to get back shape but don't have 60+ mintues to devote 6 days a week with a little munchkin nipping at my heels. A 30 minute butt kicking though is totally doable!

@owlteach: it's at least 6 days with an optional workout on day 7, but my husband and I use day 7 as a rest day.

Like others have said its 6 days week with optional seventh and yes it really is only 30 minutes per day. I am a BeachBody "coach" so if you have any specific questions feel free to ask. It's actually on sale this month if you purchase through a coach not the BeachBody website (if you're interested).

how much of a sale I can't say we're sold yet...we've never spent that much on anything like that before....but 30 minutes is tempting. I can do anything for 30 mintues, right? We are TTC though, so I'm pretty sure that if I do get pregnant I would need to stop that.

@owlteach: I'll wall you with the sale information. Sorry it took me so long to respond; I didn't get the notification that you posted!
But if you started the program now and were comfortable with it there wouldn't be a reason to stop if you got pregnant. Plus P90X3 has some GREAT modifications that would be perfectly suited for early pregnancy (if you feel up to working out)!
