I was folding laundry earlier (my least fave chore) and when I held an article of clothing up, Lo would say "umma kkuh" or "appa kkuh!" (Mom's/dad's). It surprised me that she knew what was mine and what's dh's.

@chopsuey119: Wow!!!! I will have to try that one out!
Yesterday evening, Charlie said, "Daddy, yesterday you asked me if I had a joke and I didn't, so here's my joke. Are you ready?" Then he proceeded to share a long joke that I didn't really understand. (Also, I didn't ask him yesterday - it was more like last week.)
Still, I had no idea he even remembered stuff like that!

LO found one of his sister's band-aids on the floor and went over and put it on her foot. She had a band-aid in that exact spot a few days ago.

She started clapping last week. It was amazing. And after spending time with an older baby who waves on Sunday, LO has been trying to wave, too.

@Chastenet: Aw I'm so jealous! E has been turning onto his side since he was like 3 weeks old (not on purpose, and lately in his sleep) but he hasn't made it all the way over.
E has started giggling a lot lately, especially when we play peek a boo. What amazes me is that seeing his face light up when he sees me and the giggles erupt completely and wholly erases all the frustration from how fussy he's been.

A few days ago I was picking up post it notes from all over the floor and windows and realized there was writing on them, I asked lo if she did it and she said yes, she was writing notes. She even knew what the letters were!

We speak 95% korean to my son at home so I didn't think he knew any English words. Last week, he was looking at a book with animals in it and I asked him where the elephant and giraffe were (in English) and he pointed to them! My DH and I were both shocked, We realized that toddlers really ARE sponges! They pick up on everything!
