My 3 year old was crying and complaining to DH that her toe hurt, he checked it out and there was a hair wrapped tightly around it. I've read of this happening before but didn't know how common it was. I felt so bad! She seems to be ok now though. Has this ever happened to your LO?

Not to my LO but my mom has told me of it happening to my sisters even as infants, she always told me to check their toes!

No but I've heard of it and know one other baby this has happened to. It's insane how many hazards are out there!

No, but my husband spent the first 6 months terrified that our son was going to get a hair wrapped around his penis - he worried about it constantly.
