Ugh. It's happened a few times with DD 
She woke up crying about 20 mins ago bc she got one in her sleep. So much blood.
Any tips to prevent nose bleeds?
Gonna keep the humidifier running in her room all day tomorrow, keep her hydrated and put some aquaphor in her nostrils before bedtime every night!

Nose bleeds are pretty frequent with DS. It got to a point where he was waking up to them weekly plus having random ones during the day. Luckily he hasn't had one in a while. It's always the left nostril too. Unfortunately I don't have any good tips.

All the time with Noelle! It's really dry here in Cali, and it does freak me out to see blood smeared all over her face. I just give her lots of water and keep the humidifier running.

A few times mainly because it was dry in her room. A humidifier usually does the trick.

Omg once it was like a scene from a horror movie!! So so so sad and really frightening to wake up to. We use a humidifier every night and when it's super dry we slather the inside of his nose with vaseline.
