Ew! Bad dog!

One of my cats sleeps in her face. I don't get how this is comfortable.

The same cat got into our bedroom closet without us knowing. Scared the hell out of me late at night, all lights off, to hear scratching coming from inside the closet & the door creaking open.

Actually, that same cat jumped into a box of my shipping supplies and somehow closed the lid then popped out and scared the shit out of my husband when she kept out.

My dog does that all the time; but usually her butt is just itchy. I have seen a slight pool trail on the floor though before. It is annoying!

SIL brought her dog over this weekend and of course my dog has to be all dominating and humped the male dog and pretty much scared him to death. Then she ate his food too...

My dog has developed a habit of hanging around wherever we're eating (okay, nothing new) and jumping up in my chair as soon as I get up. She sweeps the placemat for leftovers and gets any crumbs caught on her chin...then she goes back to her bed and licks them off. A few times I've caught her just standing on the table.

@mfa_lady: oh geezus. HAHAHA. my dog was neutered as a puppy and everyone said he'd stop but..he doesn't. even worse, when DH and I..dtd..he goes to town on his bed, too. OMG. mood killer.

my dog ate half the backyard yesterday (he's on a diet..) and then threw it up in our room at 1 am. that was fun.

DH also gave him a bath last weekend outside - when he turned on the hose, the dog panicked and ran and jumped in the pool!!! um, we live in RI, so the pool is CLOSED. ugh.

@mfa_lady: it is. we kind of ignore/yell at him now, but when it started a few years ago we would DIE laughing. I mean, seriously? or he stands right up against the bed with his face on it. such a creep.

@debbiei8: My dog would totally do that. Food can never be left out, anywhere. She got groomed over the weekend so what did she do? Dunked her face into a bowl of pasta that I had just gotten up from eating.

@Cherrybee: Oh no! A stuffed bunny, thank God. Otherwise I would not feel very good about our dog currently. It came from like a gift set of the bunny + the book. Nursery is the baby's bedroom.

ETA: I was telling my husband about this misunderstanding and he reminded me that when we first started dating she did murder a baby bunny. It was all a misunderstanding, in her defense. This bunny kept freaking having babies in our backyard and she though she was playing with them. It was a situation like Lenny in Of Mice and Men.

Our big dog started rolling around like a nut in our yard yesterday. Sometimes it's just over dried poop, but yesterday, it was wet-ish poop.

We were mulching in the yard all weekend so the slight manure smell wasn't abnormal. But then I realized that it was really strong near the couch. That's when I realized my one dog had poop smeared on her shoulder area and the smell transferred to the couch where she first sat. Had to febreeze everything and give both dogs a bath.

@spaniellove: My cocker spaniel is so bad about food. We can't have anything left out. My DH made steak and put it on the table where it was suppose to be out of reach. He swiped it. Luckily, he ate my portion and I just had to share DH's steak. We are still learning to control him. He's, also, super fast. If I'm eating something and I'm watching him, it will take a quarter of a second distraction and he will grab it. Meanwhile, my other dog, just watches. Both dogs are good dogs but when it comes to food, my cocker spaniel will not listen.

@bluestriped bee: They are so insane about food...fat spaniels are a dime a dozen but you'll rarely see a skinny one! Control, what control! We've learned to control ourselves. Or rather she has learned to control us.

HA! Well the first pic is of a full tissue box that my big chocolate lab found (and destroyed!) the second picture is our screen door that he put his paw through! He saw a dog walking outside and NEEDED to try and break lose that second!

Third picture is my stinker who causes my most problems!

My dog-like cat was found drinking from the toilet... Well, not really "found" but I saw him walking out of the bathroom licking his chops. Upon inspection, I noticed several wet spots on the toilet seat. I think he's paw dunking. Ew.

He ate a bowl of blueberries. Hello diarrhea!

My cat will hunt down and chew any Apple product that has a cord. I could kill her sometimes.

@MrsBrewer: one of our dogs does that to tissues too!

Our older (alpha) dog had taken to stealing the younger one's food. He also chases her out of whatever room we're sitting in, the jerk!

The younger dog is the trouble maker. Lately she's been eating nipple shields and pacifiers if they're not put away up high! B

Both dogs think tummy time = lick the baby time (see photo). THats more cute though than outrageous to me! My parents are horrified that we let them lick her...

@ms.janedoe: we have been really lucky that we have had no health issues so far since I know some of them can be really costly! He is the sweetest, funniest, and most laid back dog ever. Nothing warms my heart more than seeing how much he loves DD and vice versa!

Our 3yr old mutt cracks me up. He thinks DD's anywhere chair was a gift for him. He's about 65 lbs and somehow contorts his body to fit in the thing. It's pretty adorable.

Also, we built a raised garden in the backyard to grow veggies this summer. We filled it with dirt but haven't planted anything yet because of the weather. I found him jumping around in it the other night and digging. He has never been a digger but he thinks we built him a sandbox
