I've always been super close to my mom, but throughout this pregnancy I've found myself relying on her more than ever before! I'm so grateful to have her nearby!

I got close to my mom when I moved out! It was the best thing I did for our relationship. We used to fight all the time.
but yes I do think we were closer while I was pg. Not so much anymore. But not that we're not close... but things change and now that baby is here we just don't see each other all that often.

Yes. She lost my brother. Routine pregnancy, delivery was great, and then they realized he needed surgery. Had surgery, made it through, then crashed and passed away. Since she has gone through a tragic loss we both have a deeper connection that really helps me at times. She knows exactly what I'm feeling.

I've always been close to my mom. But now I have a much bigger appreciation for her. She had three kids, and I was the baby. She was such an awesome mom and made it seem easy. I struggle with just one!

My mom and I have always been close. But I think I understand her more now that I'm pregnant. Even as an adult I've always felt like my mom was almost too invested in me. She worrys about me so much and I used to find it annoying. Now that I have my own little one to think about I totally get where she's coming from.

Yes most definitely, I was always close with her but I have become closer and I am starting to understand where she comes from with things more, and appreciating her more.

In the beginning, but we've had a few issues arise that have made me realize that our relationship is what it is, and it'll probably never be what I wish it could. We get along, but there are some things I wish were different.

Not at all so far. It has damaged our relationship, but there are some issues that are very specific to our situation and I know it isn't the norm. There are a couple of other mother like figures that I have relied on and we have grown closer since I've been pregnant (aunt and MIL)

I'm hoping it does! I'm about to call her and tell her I'm pregnant, and I really hope that this can be a good experience for both of us. We love each other but do not have the best relationship... hopefully we can put issues aside for her first grandbaby
