Yeah. Until you have to leave the house. With three kids 5 years and younger, it all becomes unraveled very quickly. I don't know how these people with 3 under 3 do it.
I have hopes that it will become easier when warm weather comes in approximately 6 months and I no longer have a tiny baby and the blankity-blank infant seat to tote everywhere.

haha. a friend of mine has a just turned 7, 4, and 2.5 year old.
she did a 10 hour road trip with them on her own and said it wasn't that bad since they're older now.
I can't imagine having another baby, but I can see how things get easier when your youngest is 2-3!
2 and through over here, but would have had a 3rd if we started earlier. I'm tired and old!

@chopsuey: I actually did a 1,600 mile road trip with my then 4 and 2 year-old last summer. As long I kept that stocked with snacks, it didn't go too bad, lol. I'll probably do it again with all 3 in a couple of years.

I can't even imagine having two right now!! I'm sure it will get easier but for now just do whatever it takes, including staying home or begging for help!

Uh oh, I'm going to have three kids 6 and under this spring, but I'm looking fwd to it, crazy as it sounds! But yeah, don't know how some of my friends do it! They say the transition to 3 is the "easiest" though? Pls say so too?
I also can't wait til #3 is around 2 yo... Not even out if the womb, and I'm counting down!

@SAHM0811: The actual transition hasn't been that bad, far easier than 1 to 2 was for me. As long as we stay home, lol. No, it's not *that* bad, I just feel like I can't hold a decent conversation and I probably look like I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
And my 2nd had just turned 2 when I got pregnant again (NOT planned) and I felt like I had just reached the easy stage with 2 and found my groove. So yeah, I want to treasure these baby days because they go so fast, but 2 years can't come soon enough, as bad as that sounds.

This is me now! I haven't attempted to leave the house with all three yet. Mine are currently 3, 22 months and 12 days, so I'm almost a 3 under 3!

@FarmWifeGina: I read DH the thread and he laughed, lol...just because I don't think we thought having 3 would be that different. I think we're in for a shock
I agree with googly-eyes, having a newborn is never easy!

@FarmWifeGina: do you take your eldest to school? my DH works long hours so I'm often driving around to and from school and afternoon activities. So we will be leaving the house a lot! I think I'm going to need help in that dept!

Hardest thing ever for me and mine are 5mo, 2.5, and 11. You're a rockstar! I get so much help from my 11 yo, I don't know what I'd do without him. When my step-daughters are here I don 't leave my house.

@SAHM0811: No, thankfully. We live 17 miles out of town and get bussing (town kids don't).
