I am back to my pre-pregnancy weight (WAAAAAHHHH-HOOO!) by doing nothing but breastfeeding. Yet- I don't look exactly like I did, obviously.
I don't have time to go to the gym & I can't even do a workout DVD (yet) because my LO is still in that clingy stage and too young to entertain himself while I workout.
So, I am going to put him in the baby carrier and walk or stick him in the stroller and walk.
Will this even work though? How much walking should I be doing in order to see any results? I don't need to necessarily lose pounds but I'd like to look better....naked

*I do have a jogging stroller so I will work my way up to jogging soon.
