The last week, DH has gotten up to get DD every night because I don't hear her! I've been SO exhausted and I'm usually a light sleeper. Has this happened to anyone? DH works nights occasionally and I need to snap out of this tired phase so I can wake up when she does!

I put the monitor on loud on my nightstand! I wish DH would get up with her though..he fell asleep on the couch last night and I asked him to get her at 5am this morning when she woke for the day and he pretended he couldn't hear me!! (he'd come into bed by then).

Yes....I always end up having weird dreams about crying babies. That usually snaps me out of it.

My husband sleeps though the cries all the time. I usually wake up, check the monitor to make sure it's not serious and then go back to sleep so she CIO. Most of the time, I don't think she's really awake because she stops and is out again within a few minutes.

I've always been a deep sleeper so usually if dh wants me to get lo he needs to wake me up.

Nope. She's in a cosleeper right next to us. I was sleeping on her side and I actually switched with DH because I woke up to anything she did. Now that DH is between us, I think we both sleep better!

DH gets up with her at night, but I will wake up to make sure that they are okay, tell him where her bottle is, etc.

A couple times and since dh is pretty much 100% deaf at night (I mean he is actually hearing impaired) the times it happened, J just put himself back to sleep!
