I've always wanted to, but never had the chance! Maybe one day I'll leave DH home with the kids and run across the street to see a flick

I used to work at a movie theater in high school and watched a lot of movies by myself.
I probably wouldn't go and watch a movie alone though.

Yes a couple of times. When I first moved out on my own in a new city I didn't have friends for the first two months. I would go to the matinee shows.

I have, but it's been years...I think the last one I saw alone was The Dark Knight. I used to do it once a month or so when I was in college....but my BFF worked at the theater, lol.

Yes! I went to matinees almost once a week in law school! So nice to eat junk food and not have anyone talk to me during the movie!

Yep! I love going to a matinee by myself. I don't feel guilty eating popcorn and candy plus I get to see the ridiculous movies that I'm embarrassed to admit I like. Win-win!

DH and I don't agree on movie choices, so we match up movies we want to see that start around the same time and go our separate ways. We're so romantic.

Just once...13 going on 30! Haha...I was shopping alone and it sounded good. I love Mark Ruffalo!

Yup, a few times! I don't mind. You don't need anyone to talk to during a movie.

A few times. Have to say I don't recommend going to "the grudge" solo. I say that from experience.

Yeah I saw Project X on my own. No one else wanted to see it with me. I enjoyed myself!

The first movie I ever saw by myself was Spiderman 2. I also saw The Lives of Others and There Will Be Blood on my own. I find it kind of liberating! The only awkward thing is when you're the girl crying by herself when the lights come up - which totally happened with Lives of Others. =)

A few times, when I was a student, at the early showings in the day. It's great to catch up on new releases without having to queue forever!

Yes, just once! It was Crash and its a long story how it happened, but I really enjoyed myself!
