I have. It's frightening. I was sitting at a light one day waiting for the cars on the other side to turn. I was turning left. The car behind me was honking at me and as I started to turn, he sped up and zoomed around me and turned. I beeped at him and kept going. As I got to the next intersection, he stopped his car, got out of his car and starts yelling at me. I had my then 6 month old in the car with me. I was seriously worried he was going to pull out a gun, he was out of control.

I had a guy do something similar to me in the middle of the night. He didn't get out of the car, but he tailed me for miles. I was seriously thinking I would have to drive to the police station!
I finally lost him at a red light. Whew. -
Not directed at me, but I've seen it happen to others and heard personal stories. So crazy!! It's always the risk of someone pulling the gun that frightens me the most. You never know now days. Eep!

I was driving down the highway a couple years ago, very early--probably 5:30 or 6am--and two cars in front of me got into it and the one car (i remember he had a vanity license place, something dumb like BIGMC) pulled up sideways to the next one and scraped against it as they were driving, so i backed WAY off because they were just ramming their sides into each other. I called 911 and reported it as a hit and run type accident.
Another time in CA, a dude in a car in front of my mom got out and beat on another car with a baseball bat, breaking the windshield. Probably something gang related

I have multiple times. I commute in the Washington DC nightmare. It's not fun and very scary!

I once saw a trucker get pissed at a guy in regular sized vehicle. We were stopped in traffic and the trucker got out of his truck with a large chain in his hand and approached the other vehicle. I yelled that I was calling the cops. Cray-zay. I understand getting pissed at douchebag drivers but getting out of your car is next level.

I've not had as scary incidents but def have had it from impatient people. I just hate it when I've done nothing wrong and these people are going off the wall!

Years ago a friend and I were on a road trip to another state with her two young step kids diving through a very hilly/mountainous area on the interstate. A couple semis alternated from repeatedly boxing us in to trying to run us off the road. I still have no idea what caused them to do it...it was terrifying.

No, thank goodness! I haven't been driving for the last 10 years so I've avoided it. Now I only drive to and from the train station. I've had people tailgate me when I'm clearly doing the limit and honk at me when I haven't done anything wrong, which is annoying, but these stories are crazy!!!
