OMG YES! When I'm not feeling well and am sitting in there for a good amount of time, I will flush if it stinks. I know I'm not going anywhere and it makes me feel gross if I have to keep smelling it!

As for farts, ah, whatever. You're in a bathroom, at least you're not out in one of the aisles farting and coughing to try to cover them up.

Dude... courtesy flush! I do it and I appreciate when other people do it. I really don't care about the microscopic particles that might hit my butt (I mean, how clean can you get just by using TP? Single-ply TP at that?), but I do care about stanking up the place.

I don't flush while I"m still on it. Water on my bum - no thank you!

hehe.... I do a courtesy flush whenever I poop, whether at home or in a public restroom! Just one though... not four. Haha.

I only do it when I'm at home sometimes. But usually because I don't want to clog the toilet, so I do a pre-flush. LOL I would apologize for the TMI but I think this whole thread is TMI!

Absolutely gross! Public toilets are so yuck. I won't sit on them because so many people are just so wrong.

Nope, but those automatic flushers can be a pain- either flushes to early or not at all.
