Yes I have... Where I used to work was a major player in many Toronto and Canadian productions. It was used as a backdrop many times for films, tv shows and commercials.
ETA: I was also an extra in a movie as well. Left Behind 2 (Kirk Cameron movie, I met him and got my picture taken with him... So cool) And I've been in a couple of promos for local tv stations, only because I worked there at the time.

Scenes from " I am legend" were filmed right in front of my office building in NYC. I saw will smith and the German Shephard filming a scene.
I also saw the filming of the scene from"nanny diaries" Where scarlett johansson grips the red umbrella and flies into the air ( the building where she was going to get her interview - with the red umbrella logo was where I worked).
I've also seen many law and order scenes being shot around NYC.....

@yourekindapretty: I LOVE Law and Order. I wish they filmed in Canada so I could go and watch them shoot it.

We were out having pizza with friends while they were filming Grimm outside the restaurant. There was one other movie with Bruce Willis I think filmed near my hometown, wish I could remember the name!

Not a film but a reality show. I grew up in Laguna Beach area and while I was home from college visiting friends, I saw this show filming.
The TV show Veronica Mars filmed from time to time on my college campus.

"Chasing Mavericks" was filmed where I live, many scenes down the street.

Forrest Gump in Flagstaff, AZ and a Jennifer Garner movie (maybe Catch & Release?) in Boulder, CO. Just walked by both, they were such zoos that I didn't really want to hang around for long.
We walked by the Real World Denver house a few times while that was filming, but didn't see anything

Yes, a bunch when living in NYC. I totally stalked the filming of Sex and the City because I worked close by!

I think I saw some scenes from Serendipity being filmed. I'm not 100% sure if it was that movie, but it was definitely Kate Beckinsale. It was on King St. in Toronto at a restaurant called La Maquette IIRC.

I've seen a few movies and many TV shows being filmed. I used to work at the Natural History museum and had to be there during the filming of Spiderman. At another job, I saw Spinning into Butter with Sarah Jessica Parker being filmed and The Squid and the Whale. And near my mist recent job in lower Manhattan and like @yourekindapretty: I've seen many Law & Order shoots, as well as The Good Wife and another show I can't remember the name of about firemen.

Yes, I've worked on both the Paramount lot and the Disney lot.
Ladder 49 was filmed by my house in Baltimore and I got to meet the hunky Joaquin Phoenix. Saving private Ryan was filmed behind my grandparents house while I was staying there and I would fall asleep to explosions.
I've also been an extra- in Friday the 13th.

We saw one being filmed on our honeymoon. We went to Savannah and I think the movie was actually just called "Savannah". It says it's supposed to come out this year. We didn't see any famous people though, they just had the streets blocked off and a bunch of cars from like 100 years ago set up.

My office is on one of the most filmed streets in Toronto, we'd had movie/tv crews every other month or so.
@belleoftheballe: where did you work?! North of mt. Pleasant cemetery like me?

Yep, a lot of movies are filmed in my area. I've seen them film The Secret Life of Bees and Safe Haven. There's also cameras following Jenelle around from Teen Mom...

Yep, when I was little (7, maybe?) my whole family was in a movie called "Baby's Day Out" as extras. It was super fun

Lots of movies are filmed at my alma mater (Columbia) so I've seen a few sets during my years there. The most notable ones I remember are Spiderman 1 and 2, New York Minute, and Nanny Diaries. Most of the time it was a giant PITA because you'd have to take huge detours around campus to get to class or wait until the scene was done to move or get yelled at for being too loud. I'm in a large sea of people for a single shot in Spiderman 2 though, haha.

Yup! THey were recording some show/movie that starred Tom Hanks son right next to my work! Some co-workers and I would walk over and be extras in some scenes.

Yup! Saw filming of a couple scenes for "Sleepless in Seattle" (when I lived in Seattle) and "Empire Falls" (filmed in Maine).
I've also been on-set for a couple episodes of True Blood.

Yep. This movie: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1143152/?ref_=fn_al_tt_6 was filmed in my work office.
Also, when my mom was younger and before I was born (I think?) She got to see superman fly past her window!!!

In my neighborhood lately, they've been filming "Chicago Fire" nearby. I always end up picking up LO late from daycare when the rigging trucks are parked on the street.
I used to walk by the wardrobe trailers for The Dark Knight when they filmed downtown on the street I would walk home from. I remember the night they filmed the boat scenes because the lighting was so bright, it illuminated the buildings nearby.

Yeah, I live in Los Angeles. They film tons of stuff. I can't even remember all of them. They use my husbands work a lot. He called me one day and said the had turned the hospital into a snowy insane asylum. He sent me a picture it was pretty funny. I think that was for a scary movie. The ones with Mike Myers.
