It's July and I'm so pale. I'm a bit behind on my sun-bathing.

I have but it's only from running/walking outside with the kids so I have a weird racer back tan on my back and a running shorts tan! It's kind of embarrassing.

I use to tan so nicely. I would get an even, golden tan which always faded by September but after pregnancy, my skin changed. I can't seem to tan but will get freckles instead. So I am really pale right now which I am okay with.

I've tanned a little, but I'm still very white. I've been good this year and made sure to prevent any sunburn!

nope. But it still feels like summer hasn't started because it rained basically every day of June, we're still dealing with flooding in several parts of the state. Here's hoping July will be better!

No. I used to tan so well and now i get these awful sun poisoning type bumps on my hands every time I get too much sun.

@Running Elley: same. EVEn with lots of sunscreen I'm gettig tan but with weird tan lines. With two naps I pretty much have to run my errands during the peak sun hours. I'm trying to be better about wearing a hat at least, and I use C's stick sunscreen on my face!
I admit I do think I look better with a tan, but I'm much more concerned about sun damage, both for health and vanity reasons.

Yes. I do use sunscreen but we go to the beach a few times a week and I just have the type of skin that tans. I do like a bit of color!

One more with the running tan lines here. Pale feet and upper thighs, with a lovely golden tan on the legs in between. Sigh.

No color over here. My skin is pale but tans really well (surprisingly) but to make up for my tanning days in college, I'm a sunscreen addict now.
