@3littlebees: its very easy. Put chicken in crock pot, pour sales over it. Sometimes ill put some minced garlic and paprika on the chicken before I pour the salsa, but its not a must. Cook on low 7-8 hours and then shred the chicken. We use it for burritos.

@evansjamie: I struggle with eating eggs but we're going through the Bradley Method childbirth courses and they're big on emphasizing eggs as the 'perfect protein'. Those egg cups are the only way I've been able to get them in! So yummy!
