I wasn't a fan of Old Navy in the past. Their work clothes never held up for me. Now that I'm a SAHM and the fact that this year's summer collection was adorable, I've been converted!

I used to be addicted to bcbg but stopped at pregnancy and felt too frumpy for it after baby. I went there about 3 weeks ago and bought bags of stuff. I splurged but I am glad to be back in fierce clothing with high quality.

I have not rediscovered any recently (I don't really shop anymore aside from target and online!) but kind of bringing back memories of high school! am I the only one who looked for semi dresses at DEB? man.

@sorrycharlie: I haven't set foot in a real store (other than Target or Carter's) for clothes shopping in over 2 years! It's all online.

@Tidybee: I second Old Navy! I worked there in high school and remember hating almost everything I'd fold. I never went back after quitting. I recently started shopping there for toddler clothes and have been impressed with some adult clothes, too! They're def. trying harder than they used to

@rrachael: lol I worked at American Eagle in high school, and for years afterward I would compulsively fold or size clothes in random stores I was shopping in!
@MsLipGloss: I lied, I ventured to the outlets when O was a newborn and easy to tote around (i.e., wasn't snatching stuff off the shelves). But just Loft, not very exciting. Glam!
@beaker: hahaha I remember walking by Deb in the mall several months ago going OMG..so tacky. just why.

@Tidybee: @rrachael: I used to be such a pants snob and only wore Theory or Paige...then I discovered that Old Navy fits my post-baby flab! And I can zoom out of there when the baby starts crying.

@matador84: hahahaha! yeah, I just don't have the capacity to deal with the schlepping and the waiting in line to pay. I don't get that. If I am trying to give you money I should never have to wait!

@MsLipGloss: omg I totally agree! I hate waiting in line to pay. This is one of the reasons why I can't shop at Ann Taylor or Loft in person. There is always a line because there is only 1 person working the register... And it moves so so so slowly.

@sunny: I feel like it should be treated like a bar tab. When I am done shopping/trying on, just bring me my bill (and my haul), let me sign, and I'm out!

@MsLipGloss: I shop almost exclusively at nordstrom and nordstrom rack for myself, and one thing I love is that almost any employee can check you out with an iphone, wherever you are in the store!

@sunny: seriously?! That makes me sad to hear. I used to work in management at loft, and always felt their customer service was incredible! I still shop there a lot because I love their service.

@sunny: @Mrs. Pen: I noticed one Loft store nearby has crap customer service but the other couple have been ok. But it just so happens the selection at the store with crap service is the best.

Loft, JcPenney (online), and Limited. With JCP, I buy all of my dresses for weddings there. If you shop smart and read the reviews, you can find some nice clothes. With Loft, I want all of their hidden placket cardigans. I got a ton of new work pants there.
