I have but it's going to be trickier hiding them this year since he is so much more independent and aware... Santa better be careful! I got a few things on Prime day and a new anywhere chair for DS1. I need to get a new slipcover for the little anywhere chair with DS2's name.

I've got a handful of smaller things, and I'm really going to try to keep it in check. We're quite likely to be moving into a new home just before Christmas, so I'd like to save some of my holiday gift budget to do things for their new bedrooms (big girl beds/bedspreads, beanbag/anywhere chairs/teepees for reading nooks, etc.
ETA: With baby #3 due in less than eight weeks (and a history of early babies), I'm feeling like I should probably try to be done with as much Christmas shopping as I can by the end of the month/mid-October.....though I guess online while shopping while nursing is a good possibility!

Not yet but I do have a big list of ideas. He just turned two last week so ideas I got after I finished buying his gifts went onto the Christmas list.

Yup! I hide gifts in the guest bedroom closet and my 6 year old knows, but she's good about not looking.

Just got an chair off of the local BST group today and I need to order a new slipcover for LO2. I also have an art easel we bought for LO1 last year and decided not to give her, so we will give her that for Christmas.
