I kind of remember someone posting a medication list of items that are safe to take.
What can I take for a headache. I have had one pretty much every day this week.

Tylenol is all my Dr told me I could take, pre-pregnancy I had migraines pretty bad and she said if they stayed bad she could prescribe Tylenol 3 so you could ask your doctor about that. She also said to drink a half of a can of coca-cola with it if it was a doozy, that acts a little bit like the caffeine in Excedrine.
**ETA: I'm SO not a doctor or anything close so I'm sorry if your Dr thinks I'm cray-cray!!**

Tylenol. Unfortunately, it doesn't work nearly as well on headaches as Advil does, but you're not supposed to take Advil.

It's crappy, but only Tylenol. I get a lot of migraines, and both my OB and neurologist said Tylenol, a little caffeine, and/or an ice pack, Also A LOT of water and sleep.
How far along are you? If your headache is sinus-pressue related, you might also take Benedryl or even pseudophedrine (but personally I wouldn't take pseudophedine in the first tri).
Hope you feel better.

i took tylenol, but found that caffeine worked a lot better for my headaches. a cup of black tea did the trick.

My OB said Tylenol, but if it's extra strength, only a 1/2 dose. She recommended caffeine, actually - she said a can of coke.

My doctor also said caffeine. If it's late in the day or the caffeine doesn't work, I'll resort to Tylenol though.

How far along are you? Massage is great but not recommended for first trimester. Peppermint oil works well too. And a heating pad, but you don't want to leave that on for too long because you don't want your body temp to get too high.

Had a good cup of half caf/ half decaf coffee and it worked miracles. Still need to hit up target for some Tylenol.

TOTALLY feel your pain. I get migraines outside of pregnancy. And the ones during it have been even worse!
I could only take Tylenol Extra Strength... Sometimes a cup of coffee and an ice pack on the headache helped relieve some tension!
