Hi ladies,
Did anyone get headaches at the end of their pregnancy before labor? I've been getting headaches for the past 3 days and was just curious if anyone else experienced this?
I was a migraine sufferer before pregnancy and haven't gotten them during my pregnancy. I'm 36+6 today and just curious others experiences.
Oh and I'm 80% effaced and 1cm dialated yay!
Oh, and I've got weekly appts and my blood pressure is fine. Doctor isn't concerned about Pre-E

I had horrific headaches at the end of my pregnancy, but mine was because my blood pressure was so high. Are you having blurry vision or any other symptoms?

The woman who gave our childbirth class said that "feeling off" in any way at the end of your pregnancy could be a sign of impending labor. Of course, it could also mean nothing... ahh, the frustration of not knowing!

@LivsMama: I have had some vision disturbances but it's also a very common migraine symptom of mine. Same with some nimbness in fingers which gos away. My OB is aware and my blood pressure has been great.
Just frustrating! I've gotten one of these headaches daily since Wednesday

I didn't have any headaches and felt really good right before I went into labor. Had a lot of energy!

Yes, my last 2 weeks I got almost daily mild migraines- I would get the tunnel vision, pop a couple Tylenol, and be ok an hour later after a nap. Not my usual migraine routine, where I am down for the next 24 hours!
My best one, I went to the zoo to try to walk myself into labor, and ended up just giving myself a migraine so I couldn't drive home!
Hope yours means that labor will be coming soon.

@lemondrop: this is exactly what has been happening to me! I can help but think its hormone related (as that is my migraine trigger). These are subdued versions of my typical debilitating down for the count migraines. I hope this means the end is near!

Mine stopped half way through the second trimester. Hope your headaches get better!
