DS got home last night from his 10 day vacation with my parents. we both decided that 10 days was much too long and we'll never do that again by choice! (He'll have a few long holidays with his dad, but only cause we have to, lol)
I did enjoy all the extra sleep and the freedom to just come and go as I please without the big to do of having a kid with me, but it's better to have him with me.
Everyone says I have a nice, polite boy. 
Glad he was good! Even more glad that he's home!

YAY!!!! Glad he's finally home!!! 10 days definitely sounds like a LONG time to go without seeing your kid, although I know kids go to camps and stuff in the summer, so maybe people just get used to it??
And isn't it soooooooo nice to hear how polite and sweet your child is?? You've done a good job with him, Mama!

Glad to hear he's finally home! That seems like such a long time to be away, but that's awesome to know that everyone said he was polite. I dream of that day....

Yay! Happy to hear that he is back home. Hope you enjoyed some time to yourself and was able to relax a bit. I left my LO for 8 days to go on a delayed honeymoon/babymoon, and it was so hard to be away from him for so long but it was a much needed vacation.
