8-weeks old. Driving me nuts. How is it that babies know if you're standing or sitting? Why do they cry the second you sit down? Why do they wake up from a nap at the exact moment you've managed to sit for two seconds to eat something?

Ugh, my nearly 5 month old still pulls the, "Gurl, you are not about to sit down, are you? Stand and bounce, lady. Stand. And. Bounce."

And once you finally get the baby down, sit down and just get the food to your mouth,the baby rips through two octaves. HOW DO THEY KNOW???

Or, heaven forbid, you turn on the shower. SCREAM from dead asleep. I'm like, "don't you want a nice smelling mommy?!?" Apparently not.
