This girl I know, well, her daughter was diagnosed with hip dysplasia. I honestly thought the only member of my household at risk for hip dysplasia was my chocolate lab! It kind of has me concerned about swaddling, since I've read that swaddling incorrectly can cause this to happen in infants (thanks Dr. Google. for making a self diagnosed cyberchondriac even more neurotic). I bought a miracle blanket (thinking that this would keep me from swaddling baby girls legs too tight) but I also have Aden + Anais blankets that I want to use, too!

How do you know you're swaddling correctly? Baby Girl will be here in 8 weeks and I am so nervous that I'm going to hurt her!
