Please know, I am a worrier.

M is 16 months old. For about a week has had a cough and watery, clear runny nose. Mood has been decent and sleep has been okay.

My worry is the cough. He has a coughing fit probably 3-4 times in a minute. While he coughing, he will hold his breath and turn dark, dark, red and his eyes water. Almost like he's trying to poop but he's doing it all the time the last two days and is pooping normally. Thoughts?

History: he had RSV before 3 months old, has had bronchlioitis a few times last winter, and he pneumonia this winter. We have a breathing treatment machine at home and have been using that. Also have been giving motrin.
