How long does everyone hold it before they take their OPK? I go at 2 and then not till 4:30 to take the test (as I am leaving work). I have a small bladder so even stopping drinking after lunch is still hard. I can't imagine holding it any longer. Not to mention I am thirsty! I wish that you could take them with FMU. Maybe I need to invest in the CB monitor just for this reason

I've taken mine with FMU before and gotten a positive.
I'm not doing that now just because I feel better taking them later in the day after work because that's when we'd BD anyway but I honestly don't believe you can't get a positive with FMU. -
I usually go around 12 after lunch and hold it until 4 when I get home from work. I don't drink much (if at all) during that time. I just make sure to drink a lot in the morning.

I have a tiny bladder too!! I bought the Clearblue digital and the Wondfo ones as well. I use the Wondfo ones with FMU, but the Clearblue ones in the evening. I don't test in the evening until about 8pm so I don't pee from the time I get off work till almost bed time.

I always used my FMU and didn't have a problem getting a positive or getting pregnant.

I test with FMU and again in the afternoon using the cheapie Wondfos. I have never had a positive OPK with FMU. I usually drink a lot of water during the day. Last month I cut back in the mornings, had lunch, didn't drink anything after lunch, peed about 2:00 for the last time and held it until around 6:00. It was very hard!!! But I did see a positive OPK in the evening, so it was worth it to me!
